How to make a luxury sofa | Diy sofa
The sofa is only 90cm in width with one seat, but the making process is not simple at all.
The making process includes 5 steps:
- Wood cutting and sofa framing
- Spring establishing
- Foam cushion establishing
- Leather cutting
- Sofa button tufting
- Leather upholstering
- Seat contouring and nailing
- Finishing
All the basic steps are handcrafted, especially the shaping process, which is the most time-consuming stage. It requires high technical skills.
