Do Junk Miles really exist?

I hear a lot of people talk about junk miles.
I even know some folks who don't record their 30 minutes of cycle commuting each day to TrainingPeaks or Strava because "it's not really training".
Nonsense.
The ONLY training which falls into the category of junk miles is when you are totally mindless about what you do.
In this video I outline why I don't think junk miles really exist and share some ideas on how you can make every minute count.
