1936 Bungalow Renovation - Phase One Complete - Loft Extension, Back Extension and Side Extension

The builders have completed their structural work and it’s now my turn to project manage the rest of the build in phase two.

I’ll be starting with the rewire tomorrow, but I have lots of other jobs to complete myself such as -

Insulating everywhere (floors, walls, ceilings)

Plasterboarding all of the ceilings and studwork

Helping with the garden fences and lawn

Helping with the driveway and front garden

As well as project managing the entire rest of the renovation; including choosing and ordering all fixtures and fittings and organising my team! Hard work starts now but this is the bit I absolutely love!!
