Thermal insulation coating spraying test for local positions of the base and door of autoclave

This video shows the spraying test of 1st Line 1902 thermal insulation coating on the base and door local area of an industrial autoclave. We recorded the whole process from initial temperature detection and surface cleaning to coating mixing and professional spraying construction. The temperature dropped from 74°C to 39°C after construction, presenting excellent heat insulation and energy saving performance of 1st Line 1902 coating.
