We were a little nervous to touch on this topic because it’s such a sensitive one but it’s also incredibly important. Mental health is not something to take lightly, and it’s something more people deserve to understand and talk about openly.

We’ve come a long way, especially within the Black/POC community, in breaking stigmas around mental health and we want to keep that progress going. Education, awareness, and support matter.

Labeling mental illness as something “demonic” is harmful and dangerous. It prevents people from getting the help they need and deserve.
