Restoring the Backyard Koi Pond | Deep Cleaning, Filtration & Stocking

This is the complete restoration, cleaning and stocking of my backyard koi pond. I inherited this koi pond when I bought my new house, so I quickly learned how outdoor ponds worked, along with the best stocking for my backyard pond.

One of the more difficult aspects to the pond was learning the brands and models of the skimmer and waterfall, so that I could install the filtration effectively. I ended up doing a bit of DIY filtration while connecting the Aquasurge pump into the old skimmer output, after finding out that the brand was Team Aquascape.
