Viceroy Bali is the World's No. 1 Luxury Resort – Dinner at Apéritif Restaurant & Bar

Last summer, we needed some real relaxing time after months of hard work and traveling. That's why we partnered with Viceroy, the no. 1 luxury resort in the world, tucked away in quiet Ubud, Bali in Indonesia. After long days spent floating around the stunning infinity pool and enjoying all the perks of our deluxe terrace villa (which also had a private pool), we finally got to indulge in the incredible food of Belgian chef Nic Vanderbeeken. At Apéritif next door, he's creating culinary works of art with a French-Balinese tasting menu. Complete with a classic British colonial-era interior style, including Chesterfield sofas, feather decorations, and a pool table, the restaurant and bar aim to bring you back to the roaring 1920s.
