Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger CFD Simulation - Part 2 : Design Modeler and Meshing
The Armfield DLM-4 shell and tube is modeled by use of Ansys Design Modeler. Then, we built the mesh of the model using the Ansys Meshing. The mesh of whole model is divided into three parts that are shell (as fluid), pipe (as solid) and tube (as fluid). The mesh file includes the boundary conditions. Every part will be merged in Ansys Fluent.
