Tales of Berseria - Melchior [Rokurou Solo/Chaos]

The old geezer has nothing going for him but a little pest partner to take out before the true solo begins. For some reason, he doesn't fall into the same lategame gimmick of breaking out of combos too fast, so he (and Shigure III) are going to be the last line of bosses that don't give the player too hard of a time to get in good chains.
