We make equipment for the production of panels for precast concrete fence. You can buy more than 100 different concrete molds (forms) in Belarus. This fence system is easy and convenient. Concrete fence has become widespread in Eastern Europe.

We make glass-reinforced plastic (grp) molds for precast boundary wall panels. Each mold is made of fiberglass and reinforced with a steel frame. The fence panels are make of concrete (a mixture of cement and sand) and a reinforcing mesh by ejection from the mold. Hardening of the concrete panel takes place on wooden pallets. The process takes 2-3 days depending on the air temperature. The productivity of one fence is 50-80 plates per day.

Reinforced concrete fence can be painted with facade paint. Also, the dye can be added to the solution during production. In the production of fences, we use a special plasticizer to improve the surface quality of the panel.
