Tonio's Pasta Putanesca from JOJO is absolutely worth your time. Full Recipe Below!

You really should try this out if you want something easy to make. The sauce itself doesn't take a ton of effort and if you want, just use some store bought pasta. But the fresh pasta *chef's kiss*

Pasta from Bon Apetit:

3ea Eggs, whisked
2C AP Flour
1T Olive Oil
1t Salt

Sauce:
2-3oz Sliced Black Olives
1T Olive oil
2-3 Anchovy Fillets
4 Cloves of Garlic, sliced thin
1T Red Pepper Flakes
12-14oz Cherry Tomato, cut in half
3oz Water
3-4T Chopped Parsley
2T Parmesan Cheese (or a lot more because yes)
S&P to taste
