Glutes Side Leg Press (Regie Simmons, IFBB Pro)
This is a unilateral movement designed to target the hamstrings and glutes. To perform this movement, simply turn to the side in a leg press machine and press the weight through the heel. As with most lower body movements, it’s important to keep the knee behind the toe.
