Heat Resistance: Miya is heat resistant up to 400 degrees, but we do not recommend heat styling because you will lose her natural texture and volume. However, if you prefer a sleeker finish you may permanently straighten with a flat iron.

Styling Tips: We all want to keep our ponies looking perfect for as long as possible! Here are some tips and tricks on how to care for you ponies:

Brush before and after each wear!
When brushing, lay the pony flat on a table and brush starting at the bottom. Work in sections and slowly make your way to the base.
Avoid brushing from base to ends. This causes “split ends” in the fibers, and no one likes those!
Use a detangling spray before brushing to help remove and prevent tangles and knots
Use the super cute satin bag that comes with your pony to store it! It helps prevent tangles and extends the life of your pony :)
Detangling: Lay your pony flat on a table and brush starting at the end and moving up in sections towards the base. If you brush synthetic wigs or ponies from top to bottom, the fibers can “stretch” causing tangling and breakage. Just like split ends on your real hair. You may also use a detangling spray before brushing. Brush before and after each wear. Store neatly in the provided satin bag to prevent tangles while not in use.
