'Transatlantic AI Litigation’: Hybrid EU – US Litigation Strategies To Address AI Human Rights Harms

Albert Fox Cahn, a visiting scholar practitioner at the Centre of Governance and Human Rights and a visiting scholar at Pembroke College, founder in residence at the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project’s, and Fellow at N.Y.U Law School’s Information Law Institute, talks to the Cambridge Research Group on Private Actor Responsibility on limitations and structural barriers in using private litigation to regulate AI and the extent to which a transatlantic litigation strategy could provide an effective way forward. This interview addresses some of the questions that arose during the Research Group’s discussion.
