Chelsea and Manchester City fans with banning orders stopped from travelling to Club World Cup

Known troublemakers who support Chelsea and Man City will be stopped from going to US for Club World Cup this summer. They will have to surrender their passports from 9 June to 13 July. Those who fail to comply with police or attempt to travel could face up to six months in prison.
