May 29, 2021 - Batts Rock Beach Live

I gotta tell you all, after yesterday's adventures I was so chilled that every thing seemed to take twice as long to do. I put on the background music that I heard in the gardens and settled into responding to all de comments but there were way too many to answer (though I tried). Angie was teasing me last night about how I had said in my conversation with Tracy that I answer all but I would have had no sleep if I was to stay true on this occasion. It was a truly remarkable day and one that will permanently remain in my thoughts.
This morning I awoke with one thing in mind and that was to get a good swim and as we had not previously covered Batts Rock on a daybreak, I made my way there. A combination of a full moon hightide (known as spring tides) and a quite large ground swell shrunk the already eroded beach but that took nothing away from the beauty of this bay.
This is how the EMC spent our Saturday morning, hope that you enjoy our swim.
