hello hello lil cherubs! In today's vlog I decided to take you along my mental health day #withme. I haven't taken a mental health day in a little while, and for me I'm especially happy when I get to just spend some time alone, listen to a good podcast in the car, maybe do a little thrifting, eat some of my favorite snacks, and kinda power myself back up. Please remember everyone's mental health day's look very different! And for me it's taking care of myself doing my favorite things, and even buying things like food for myself, because I used to feel massive guilt for doing that in the past. I also talk about some stuff that I've been going through with my cat Missy passing away. Thank you so much for coming along with me, with just so happened to be World Mental Health Day, and I had so much fun making this vlog and spending it with you!
