❤️ Pear pie
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 200 gr
Pear: 2 fruit
Baking powder: 5 gr
Chicken eggs: 2 eggs
Sugar: 150 gr
Fresh milk without sugar: 100 ml
Light butter (unsalted butter): 30 gr
1 cake mold
Step 1: In a small bowl or bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder. Then make a small hole in the center of the mixture. Add eggs, ½ of the prepared sugar, fresh milk and 15g of butter, and mix gently, until there is no dry powder left.
Step 2: After the pear is washed,. Then cut into thin slices (about 5mm).
Step 3: Melt 15g of butter in a pan and continue to add 2 spoon of sugar. Stir well with your hands until the mixture turns the color of cockroach wings, then turn off the heat.
Step 4: Arrange the pear and pour the cake batter into the mold
Step 5: Bake 25 minutes at 375F

INGREDIENTS
Broth Ingredients
1 white radish
150g shiitake mushroom
1 sweet corn
3 pears
200 g cabbage
170g carrot
Topping:
Tofu
Any mushroom of your choice
Instruction:
1,Into a large pot, add all the broth ingredients. Cover with lid and bring to a boil.
2,Then reduce to a low simmer (leaving the lid on) and simmer for at least 1 hour.
3,Then drain over a mesh strainer into a large bowl. Removing all the broth ingredients leaving a clear broth. Pour the broth back into a the pot.
4, Seasoning: salt, soy sauce, and vegetables mushroom seasoning.
5, Cook for about 5 minutes then add in the flowers carrots and shiitake mushroom
6,, Stir fried mushroom and tofu.
7, Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
8, Serve in bowls and add in cooked rice noodles and toppings of choice.
❤️Salad: pears, tomatoes, lettuce, shredded carrot
Sauce: 1T olive oil, 1T honey, 1T fish sauce or salt, 1T lemon juice, black pepper
