Finally came back to this game and achieved the rest of the endings. ^v^ The "Useless Document" uses ASCII. 20 translates to a "space" so that explains how the message is translated. I just thought that was pretty cool. ;3;

For anyone that might be wondering, you get a code from the "Useless Document" that you must put into the console once you reach that point. It is random for everyone so you'll have to get to that point yourself. :P
