Building A Custom Pond With Intake Bay, Wetland Filter & Upflow System 2\3

ROCKING IN A HUGE KOI POND!!! This is our second episode of a 3-part series featuring a rather large water garden, you could even call it a recreation pond, in Stillwater, Minnesota. Our client contacted us after searching for a Pond Builder in Minnesota. We came out to his property and found out he had a love for Koi! I can understand why... he has some show koi now doubt. Everything about this pond is designed with the koi's growth and health in mind. It is deep to give the koi extra water pressure against there body, which can help in their growing of body muscle tissue. It has extra filtration and water current everywhere to mimic Koi's Natural environment, a river! Having the opportunity to revisit and chat with the client I am happy to report they are extremely happy! I LOVE MY JOB!!!

Thank you for joining us for Episode #80, Part 2 of 3 Project #6 2020! In this series, we are featuring a huge ecosystem pond… well actually a recreation swimming pond if desired! The pond is 30 feet wide by 45 feet long and 6 feet deep! It is huge! We used over 80 tons of stone to make this water garden look as natural as possible! We have water jets, an up-flow system, an intake bay, an external pump, a wetland filter, an impressive waterfall and encouragement of interactivity everywhere!
