An Afternoon with Cornel West

UCCS and Colorado College are co-hosting a virtual event with Dr. Cornel West, professor of the practice of public philosophy at Harvard University, political activist, and New York Times bestselling author, to discuss the socio-political challenges facing the United States during the 2020 election year.

Speakers include:
• Stephany Rose Spaulding, director and associate professor of the Women's and Ethnic Studies program at UCCS.
• Christopher Hunt, assistant professor of religion at Colorado College.
• Jeffrey Scholes, associate professor of religious studies in the philosophy department and the director of the Center for Religious Diversity and Public Life at UCCS.
