as always, jin is one consistent man. in a few of the clips, he is saying the same thing in a different way. not so much on trying to be optimistic, but having an approach of not letting yourself brood too much on one negative, bad experience till the hate or sadness consumes you. this season has been tough on everyone, but the way we process a situation makes a difference to our mental health. if we feel up to it, challenge ourselves to try something new (no pressure, just for fun!).
