Edible Water Bottles!!

Using a process called reverse spherification, learn how to make edible water bottles, using food grade quality ingredients! Enjoy!!

It honestly took me a while to get the project done the first time. It's important to use clean materials and a hand blender for this project. It was easier for the blob to form when it was frozen, compared to directly pouring the Calcium Chloride directly into the Sodium Alginate.
