One of those bonkers Blackpool things when they turn on The Illuminations is to close off Queens Promenade from Bispham (in the north) to Starr Gate (in the south) and allow anyone to ride their bikes.
Tens of thousands of people do this every year.
I videoed most of the journey from north to south which will give you a good indication of what Blackpool looks like and, at this time of year.
