The recent protests in PoK escalated into violence resulting in the death of a police officer and injuries to over 100 protestors. Meanwhile, Canadian authorities have arrested a fourth accused in the killing of Nijjar. Jaiswal also announced India's participation in the upcoming SCO meet in Kazakhstan
