Hey guys just another flip progression. I thought I landed the cheat gainer about a year ago but I guess it wasn't a cheat gainer. You can check out my j-step gainer progression video to see how that turned out. Instead of a cheat gainer it was more of a run into a j step then into a back tuck. But after three days of training I finally achieved the cheat gainer which made me so happy. This flip looks really cool in my opinion and it also feels really amazing when you do it.
