My Patek Philippe - A sad story

Here is the finale to my Tiffany branded Patek Philippe watch. Over the past two years I’ve been trying to have this watch refurbished or repaired to where I can wear it safely. This watch was manufactured by Patek in 1921 and purchased for my great-uncle in 1923 by his mother (my great-grandmother). Although the watch is running and keeps accurate time, there are some obvious cosmetic repairs required.
