Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water

Process:

Wash and dry spinach leaves.
Chop the spinach leaves and add them to a bowl.
Add chopped onion, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, Homefills Besan, rice flour, ajwain and mix well.
Gradually add water to create a thick batter.
Heat oil for frying.
