One-Tier Architecture
Application, data, and user interface are in one system.

Two-Tier Architecture
Client communicates directly with a server or database.

Three-Tier Architecture
Application is divided into presentation, logic, and data layers.

N-Tier Architecture
Application is split into multiple layers for better scalability and security.
