How To Service Your Eaton M45 Supercharger (Mini R53, MIATA MX5, Mercedes, Jaguar) | Grinding Gears

You should carry out this oil service every 50,000 miles and I'm just doing it for fun! I'll show you how to do a job that Mini quotes £££££ for, in your garden with hand tools!

Amounts of oil:
- Behind the water pump: 45ml
- Next to the pulley: 145ml

The Eaton M45 is found most commonly on the Mini R53, which is what mine is off, but is also found on some MX5's, Mercedes and Jag's - Maintenance, as with anything, is the key to it's reliability and success!
