2lilScoops - Homemade Ice Cream Truck (cardboard)

May we present our '2 LiL Scoops' ice cream truck!!!

We LOVE the ice cream truck, but we live on a small street where, for many years, there weren't many young children, so it rarely comes down our street.

A week ago we were outside on the front lawn and could hear the ice cream truck somewhere in the neighborhood. Our neighbor, who rides a gorgeous Indian motorcycle cruiser, let's call him biker D, comes running out his house yelling, 'I heard the ice cream truck!!'.
We told him we sent the kids to look for it and bring it back. Biker D looked real sad and went home.

We went inside to have dinner and Lil came up with the idea to go over to Biker D's house with ice cream drumsticks. So we did. After seeing how happy it made Biker D and his wife, we decided to take it one step further....we BUILT one!

We reused the cardboard from Lil's 'spaceship' and built an 'ice cream truck' for Lil and Pierre. We downloaded the ice cream truck music, made a trip out to Costco, dressed up, and pumped the music out the Bluetooth speaker and wandered our street handing out ice cream and freezies for the bargain price of a smile or happy dance.
