Gavin Newsom just took 1 Billion Dollars from the Cares Act and bought up 6,079 hotel units throughout the state of CA! He wants to "offer" them to the homeless with full concierge services which will cost the tax payer roughly 125,000,000 per year. Helping the homeless is a great thing but is that his true intention? The person closest to him in this deal was just arrested and facing trial on over 30 counts of real estate bribery and real estate pay for play schemes.
