Obstructed? Hardly. This room, category BX or DZ on Royal and Regal Princess, is a hidden gem. It's at the very front of the ship and features a HUGE balcony. The base of the balcony is solid, and therefore obstructed. But the sheer depth and width of your outside space outweigh that obstruction. Although I believe Princess could easily sell this room as a mini-suite, it can be reserved as an ordinary balcony -- at ordinary balcony prices.
