Ice machine manufacturer / Seawater flake ice evaporators.
This video is to show we exporting 12 sets of seawater flake ice evaporators to South Africa.
All the evaporators are made of stainless steel 316, and materials with chemical treatment for anti-corrosion. They are more than Okay for working in marine working condition.
The evaporator is equipped with Gongji Reducer, Minamotor pump, NSK bearings.
They are all complete with ice harvesting device, water circulation device and so on.
They are ready for ice making after connection with the right refrigeration unit.
We suggest user to choose 8HP semi-hemetic piston compressor when designing for 1T/day seawater ice making. For example, you can choose 25HP semi-hemetic piston compressor for 3T/day seawater flak ice machine, 40HP compressor for 5T/day seawater flake ice machine.
Seawater cooling condenser is better than seawind air cooling condenser for on board use.
