So we’ll start with a simple gradient background to set the tone.
Then we’ll dive straight in with the epplise tool and create our sun. Now animate the position of the sun to rise up.
I’ll place a gradient on that as well.
Then let’s add the CC Start burst effect to create starts. We’ll set the speed to 0 increae the scatter and the size to 25.
Now we’ll place in some objects. You can download free objects from freepik.com by searching retro snythwave.
With those elements we can place in trees and buidlings into our edit. We’ll apply a gradient to our buildings to blend into the background like so.
