NEW EVERTON STADIUM | BRAMLEY-MOORE DOCK | VIRTUAL FLYTHROUGH

On 23 February 2021, Everton Football Club's application for a 52,888-seater stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock on Liverpool’s waterfront was unanimously approved by Liverpool City Council's planning committee. It now awaits a decision from the Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government.

The plans for the stadium, which will sit within Peel Land & Property’s Liverpool Waters site, would have a transformational impact on North Liverpool, kick-starting the regeneration of the northern docklands, contributing a £1bn boost to the city region’s economy, creating up to 15,000 jobs and attracting 1.5m visitors to the city each year.
