Journaling to Work Through Life Changes | Self-Care Journaling

For me, journaling is one of the most effective ways to figure things out. A journal has always been a place where I can share my most difficult thoughts and my happiest memories! My journal is always my friend.

I kept one of the most recent fun packs, to make a fast, truly-junky junk journal, so I could pour out a lot of thoughts about how I want Papertown and my home and garden to be.

Papertown is undergoing some changes. Even though it IS Papertown, even Papertown can only hold so much! And honestly, there are things out here that need to be purged. For example, I may buy some books for just particular journal pages, or to do something specific, and what ends up happening is that the whole book is here and taking up space. Or maybe I keep the pages I did NOT use the first time, thinking I'll get to them, and you know what happens. Here they are, taking up valuable space. There are colors out here that distract me. There are things I don't really 100% love like crazy. So I am doing a big overhaul. I promise to share a video soon of the changes out here. I will definitely be more productive after this. I'm confident about that!

Similar changes are taking place in the house that I will also share when I can.
