Cruise tip: if your ship has smart elevators, make sure everyone in your group selects the deck — not just one person.

If 4 people are going to Deck 15, select Deck 15 four times, or enter 4 riders if the screen gives you that option. This helps the elevator system know how many guests are waiting and assign enough space.

Once you select your deck, the screen will tell you which elevator to use. Go to that specific elevator and wait there. Once you’re inside, there may not be regular floor buttons because your destination was already selected.

Also, look for the wheelchair/accessibility symbol if you need extra time boarding, more space, or accessible assistance.
