Ferrero Rocher Chocolate

Ferrero Rocher is a spherical chocolate produced by the Italian chocolatier Ferrero SpA. The Ferrero Rocher was introduced in 1982 in Europe. The chocolate consists of a whole hazelnut encased in a thin wafer shell filled with hazelnut chocolate and covered in milk chocolate and chopped Cashew nuts.

Ingredients for Homemade FERRERO ROCHER CHOCOLATE
150 gms Sweet Chocolate
1 ½ Tbsp Cashew Pieces ( Kaju Kani)
¼ Cup Nutella Paste ( Hazelnut Paste)
10 Hazelnut dry Fruit Pieces
20 Wafer Shells for Ferrero Rocher
Procedure :-
First melt Sweet Chocolate microwave or in double boiler. After melting Chocolate add first 1tbsp Cashew Pieces ( Kaju Kani) and mix it well. If required more than add ½ tbsp Kaju kani in that. After preparing chocolate now take wafer shells and put Nutella( Hazelnut Paste) and place one piece of Hazelnut dry fruit. Do all the procedure to 10 shells. Than take another shell fill with Nutella and place this shell on hazelnut shells. Prepare all the shells same way and keep in freezer for half an hour. After half an hour remove the shells from freezer and dip in Sweet Chocolate cover the shell with chocolate mixer & keep in freezer for 1 minute for setting. After the Ferrero Rocher Chocolate set remove from freezer and remove extra Chocolate if required. Now cover with Chocolate wrapping paper and place it in paper cups.

Our FERRERO ROCHER CHOCOLATE which prepared at home is ready for serving.
