Signature Set - Why are my knives unique?

A couple of years ago I was compelled to create a kitchen knife, having been inspired by a Congolese dagger.

Although my foundation is in Japanese bladework and martial arts, I saw a vessel to channel myself, my personality and heritage through, as well as that foundation. Something that could contain and display these powerful forces.

Featured on BBC's 'Make It At Market' last year as my favourite piece, this kitchen knife is the first of a three shape, set.

Earlier this year I refined my design even further, to a level that is truly artistic and would be just as much at home in the kitchen as it would the display case.

The first person to own my Signature Gyuto at this level was none other than Franki AKA @kitchenknifeguy who has made an excellent and thorough review, putting it through its paces. You can watch this in full on his YouTube channel now.
