ICP SAVANNAH STOL AIRCRAFT REVIEW

Thanks to the kind people at Savannah Aircraft South Africa, we were invited to explore the beautiful and untouched Wild Coast of South Africa near East London.

After departing Plettenberg Bay in a Mooney M20J, we hopped on onboard the ICP Ventura which is a Rotax 915 Powered 4 seat aircraft similarly designed to the Savannah.

Once we had arrived at Wings Park it was time to see the Rotax 912 powered Savannah and Savannah tail dragger. The short field performance makes these planes awesome STOL aircraft.

We then headed out to the famous Port St John's cliff (carrier) landing that all strive to visit in the aviation fraternity here in SA.
