Chef Sanil Bhinde brings to the table his expertise as one of the finest culinary specialists of his age. His experience working with some of the top brands globally speaks for itself in a life of discipline and constantly persevering ahead. Chef Sanil Bhinde started out his career from the prestigious Kohinoor IMI, school of Hotel Management where he stood out amongst his peers with his exceptional performance in hospitality and dining. Chef Sanil started of his career at the prestigious Taj group of hotels as a management trainee and then heading their kitchen at the flagship property shaping their dining experiences into one of the finest culinary works in the country today, including heading State Dinners for the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Hon’ble President and 27 other Heads of States. He has also represented India at the World Skills Abu Dhabi, mentored the team at World Skills Kazan and has helped the process by being a jury at the Maharashtra Skills and is a member of the First Culinary Team of India.

Today he is the Founder-CEO of his own European style Cafe in Mumbai. This deep understanding has led to Sanil being one of the top thought leaders in culinary arts today.
