BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA LANDSCAPE - BORIKE

Video koje imate priliku vidjeti je sa Borike, mjesta gdje je 1947. godine osnovana prva ergela i gdje je (i danas) prisutna autohtona pasmina bosanskih brdskih konja. Život brdskih konja i dalje je tu, i dalje se nastavlja, a mi i dalje svjedočimo njegovoj ljepoti. Posjetio sam ovo mjesto inspirisan tekstom na koji sam naišao na web stranici Red Africa Travel, a moram priznati da sam tu pronašao i svoju narednu lokaciju - Vlašić, koji krije još dvije autohtone bosanskohercegovačke pasmine, ovcu Pramenku i pastirskog psa Tornjaka. Sudeći po apsolutno nezaboravnom iskustvu od ovog jutra, siguran sam da će me i naredna lokacija isto ovoliko oduševiti. Čuvajmo naše autohtone vrste i našu prirodu, za sve buduće naraštaje ovih prostora.
The video are from Borike, the place where the first stud farm was founded in 1947 and where the autochthonous breed of Bosnian mountain horses is present even today. The other day I came across Red Africa Travel's website, and it inspired me to visit this place and personally meet all these stunning animals. And may I add they are even more stunning in real life than they were on the screen. I must admit they've also given me the idea about where to go next to see some more indigenous Bosnian breeds - Vlašić, a mountain that hides the Pramenka sheep and Tornjak shepher dog. Judging by the absolutely unforgettable experience I've had this morning, I'm sure that the next location will be just as delightful. I hope we will preserve both these species and our nature, for all future generations.
