What is CHAKRAS?
Chakra means “spinning wheel of energy” in the Sanskrit.
Step on your mat with open heart and open mind, with no expectations and no judgement. This approach will help you to feel different, more open, present and happier. 
Your body is the vehicle which takes you through journey of life. You are only given one body per lifetime, so it’s important to care for it.

So we start our journey here.

The Root Chakra The Sanskrit name of this chakra, Muladhara, means root support or foundation.
The essential properties of Muladhara Chakra are gravity, solidity and stability just like an earth.

The Sacral Chakra is responsible for movement, flow and pleasure. If your life lacks these things, it may be that your sacral chakra is blocked.

The Manipura Chakra is the centre of vitality. It controls our energy balance to strengthen and consolidate our health. This Chakra has an effect like a magnet, attracting Prana from the Cosmos.

The HEART chakra connects the lower and upper chakras. In other words, the heart chakra acts as a center of integration of earthly matters and higher aspirations.
