⚠️ Context Matters: As DJI faces potential inclusion on the Covered Entity List, a move that could effectively ban DJI in the U.S. within 30 days, this Executive Order signals a hard pivot toward domestic and secure drone solutions.

🛫 BVLOS Expansion – FAA is directed to enable routine Beyond Visual Line of Sight operations for commercial and public safety missions.

🚑 VTOL Pilot Program – A new electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing integration program will launch with at least five projects focused on cargo delivery, emergency response, and more.
