Triple Choc Chip Cookies (Millie's Cookies & Gideons inspired) . . . how to

Hello bakers,
you can't beat a classic chocolate chip cookie. Unless it has 3 types of chocolate chips in them!
These ones are inspired by the shape of Millie's Cookies and the fully loaded Gideon's Choc Chip cookies. It's a high bred, something in between the two. A Gidlies Cookie!

Ingredients
200g or 1 cup butter
50g or 1/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
50g or 1/4 cup soft brown sugar
130g or 1/2 cup golden caster sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g or 3/4 cup of mixed choc chips (white, milk, dark)
270g or 2 1/4 cups plain flour
150g or 3/4 cup mixed cgoc chips for topping.

Oven 180C for 12-15 mins
