This is Game 3 of Round 4 in Season 3 of the Solo Champions League weekly challenge series. The restrictions for this week are:

Villain: Taskmaster + Hydra Assault (Expert)
Hero: Spider-Woman
Aspect: Protection + Justice, Aggression, or Leadership

Taskmaster has a lot of ping damage and extra threat acceleration in his native kit. Hydra Assault adds in lots of extra activations that make him even faster and deadlier.

Since I played aggression in the last two rounds, I decided to bring in leadership for Spider-Woman’s other aspect. The speed and damage output of Taskmaster is too much for her to deal with on her own, so she brought along a few friends to help put a stop to his plans. Her protection package includes a lot of healing and damage redirection that can use some of his own tricks against him.

We had a low-scoring win in the first game, but we did much better in Game 2, so let’s see if we can get another victory and get a strong final score.
