A Lager in 10 Days! Tasting a Pressure Fermented Warm Lager Method SMaSH German Pilsner

I've been wanting to brew a SMaSH beer for a while. So on the first day of 2021 I brewed one up. I decided to do some experimenting with this batch and fermented this lager at ale temps (66F) under 10 PSI of pressure with only 1 packet of W 34/70. It turned out great!
