Street Race Channel's Billy Hoskinson Crank Shaft Balancing, how it's really done

After a catastrophic failure at the end of his 2018 racing season Billy brought his motor in for some heavy duty overhaul. With 2 hurt cylinders and a destroyed crank shaft there was a lot to be done, as the 2019 street racing season approached this project had to get done right... and don't quickly!

One the the most important processes of any motor build no matter if it's a small N/A 4 cylinder or a turbo small block V8 a properly balanced rotating assembly is a must. Through this video we explain and show you the entire process of balancing the brand new crank shaft that will sit in the heart of his boosted 408 Cubic Inch Small Block Chevy.
