DOT CAKE POPS

Ingredients:
1 package pink frosted sugar cookies
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1 bag white chocolate chips
dab of coconut oil
rainbow nonpareils sprinkles

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mash sugar cookies with cream cheese and form a dough ball. Separate small sections of cookie dough to form into cake pop bites and set aside on parchment lined baking sheet in fridge until firm. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency. Once cake pops are firm, insert toothpick to hold easily and dip in white chocolate mixture. Allow all excess to drip off, then cover with rainbow sprinkles and set back on parchment-lined baking sheet in fridge until hardened. Stick with cake pop sticks, serve, and enjoy! 😋
